The Flamingo Golf Resort overlooks the Aegean sea and the new the Vita Park Golf Resort a unique two 18-hole golf facility. Specifications

The Flamingo golf resort is situated 22km from Bodrum City Centre and only 7km from Bodrum (Milas) Airport on the Izmir - Bodrum highway. Within the Flamingo Golf Resort there are plans for recreational and commercial facilities, i.e. shopping malls, medical clinic, bars , restaurants, and park areas.

In Flamingo Golf Resort the sites are between 500 and 800 m2, each with their own title deeds. They come with ready to run infrastructure and have full planning permission for two storey villas or two apartments per site with their own garden and 30 m2 swimming pool.

Registered with the Northern Ireland Law Society, James O'Brien and Co is the appointed solicitor representing Flamingo Golf Resort. In this capacity, O'Brien & Co, holds the freehold deeds for each plot and is also the recipient of all payments.

Property Management

A property management company will be appointed after purchase. Clients will be able to avail of full management services including for example rental management, maintenance, payment of bills for electricity, water and telephone, payment of annual municipal and local taxes, cleaning, laundry and repairs to the property. There are different types of memberships available and we recommend you apply for the commercial membership if you want to enhance the rental income of your villa.
