Noreen Hynes B. Comm, FCA, AITI, Managing Director, is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty years experience in business at senior management level and several years' experience in both commercial and domestic property. Noreen is also a director of IAWS a public company and one of Europe's largest food companies. Noreen has served on several Boards in Ireland and was a previous Chairman of the Leinster Society of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a previous member of the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Declan Hynes a Director is also a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the Overseas Property market and previous to joining the overseas property business he worked in the label business and in the security business where he held the position of ManagingDirector.

Noreen Hynes a Chartered Accountant and property professional has a passion for property and personally visits the featured developments to ensure the locations are the best available. Noreen also checks out the rentability of the properties to ensure they are sustainable once the rental guarantee periods are up. She also negotiates hard with developers on price and with her accountancy background she makes sure there is something in the deal for both the investors and the developer. Noreen often assists developers choose plots and works with developers right through the design and build phaze making sure the properties are built in a way that is suitable to the rental market.

For example when we sold the Sea and You development a beachfront apartment development in Turkey the 1 bed apartments cost €73,000, now they are selling for €130,000. The two bed apartments were sold for €89,000 and now they are selling for over €150,000. This amounts to a gain of €57,000 for the 1 bed and €61,000 for the 2 bed in a 30 month period since the deposits were taken. We have sold several developments like this since we established the company in 1999.
