Property Sales Consultant

Aquarius Properties Ireland's premier overseas property marketing company with offices in Blackrock, County Dublin, market property in over 25 countries worldwide. Aquarius Properties are recruiting Property Sales Consultants working within a professional sales team in order to maximise the selling of international property to Irish and European based investor and lifestyle clients.
The role requires the candidate to be:
- Professional business person
- Extremely organised individual in order to maintain and update customer database
- Diligent and thorough in approach to dealing with potential clients
- Target/Sales driven individual
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence in own ability
- Possess excellent sales techniques and be numerate
- Able to communicate face to face with clients/investors
- Good IT skills also required
- Passionate about selling overseas property.
This is mainly an office based position but on a regular basis the Aquarius Properties Consultants will have to attend Exhibitions and Seminars country wide and in European cities also whenever required. The person who will succeed in this position will need to be flexible, hardworking and have the drive to succeed. Training will be provided. Previous experience is an advantage but not essential for this position. The position requires working weekends when required and overtime may also be required to meet targets and attend exhibitions and seminars.
