In Spain expect to spend around €12,000 to €20,000 on a complete fit
out. This should include your white goods and a high standard of
finish. If renting out your property remember people want a high
standard of furnishings. In Bulgaria, Turkey and Croatia expect to
spend from €4,000 to €10,000 again depending on the standard of finish
and materials chosen. Croatia is more expensive than Turkey and
Bulgaria. In Hungary expect to spend around €8,000 to €12,000 for a fit
out. In Florida expect to spend around $14,000 for a two bed apartment.
