Billion Euro ready, but no physical plan
The Budva Riviera is currently the largest construction site at the Mediterranean, and only during this and the next year the planned projects are worth EUR 1 billion. Apart from several luxury hotels and adaptation of existing hotels, Budva will get new golf fields, prestigious sport objects, business centres, advanced roads and a number of service industry objects.
The biggest problem is the lack of an appropriate physical plan, which would become even worse with the planned buildings. Director of the county Planning Agency Aleksandar Ticic claims the Physical Plan and Detailed Town Planning Scheme will be discussed by the end of the month.
